Thetford Rec Athletic Officials Info Requirements, Forms and Payment for Athletic Officials
With each sport season, we are always in need of both referees and umpires!FORMS:
If you’d like to be a referee or umpire for Thetford Rec, please fill out the following forms.• W-9 • Vermont Agreement for Athletic Officials A W-9 must be turned at Thetford Town Hall ahead of when you are going to work as a referee or umpire so that your information can be put into the system in order for you to receive a pay check. If you’ve already done a W-9 for The Town of Thetford, then we should have you in the system already. The Vermont Agreement for Athletic Officials form must be turned in at the Town Hall after you’ve worked whatever number of days within one month (in other words, no matter if you work 1 or 8 days in the same month, include the days you worked for that month on one Vermont Agreement form and turn it in).
