Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: Children will learn basic swimming skills. Swimmers should already be able to float on front and back and put head under the water

Girls Summer Basketball - 5/6 Girls Summer Basketball Skills and Drills Curtis Richardson with the help of Shaun Gulick will be offering Basketball Skills and Drill again this summer.Skills Night will feature drills designed to improve players fundamentals: dribbling, passing, shooting and court awareness.
There will be two, two-week sessions held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m.

Girls Summer Basketball - 5/6 Girls Summer Basketball Skills and Drills Curtis Richardson with the help of Shaun Gulick will be offering Basketball Skills and Drill again this summer.Skills Night will feature drills designed to improve players fundamentals: dribbling, passing, shooting and court awareness.
There will be two, two-week sessions held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m.

Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it.
Swimmers learn the basics of swimming:
Bobbing
Going under water
Support front and back floating
Supported rolling over from front to back and back to front
Supported gliding
Supported flutter kick
Supported front crawl arms
Safely jumping in
Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: Children will learn basic swimming skills. Swimmers should already be able to float on front and back and put head under the water
Swimmers will work on independently:
Front and back floating
Rolling over from front to back and back to front
Front and back glides
Front crawl arms and kicks
Back crawl arms and kicks
Retrieving underwater objects
Jumping into water over their head
Level 3: Stroke Development: Additional guided practice will help students improve their skills. Swimmers should already be comfortable swimming front stroke and on their backs
Swimmers will work on:
Gliding
Freestyle with side breathing
Backstroke
Breast stroke
Dolphin kicks
Retrieving objects in deeper water
Treading water
Jumping into deep water
Compact dives
